Star Wars Andor Season 2 Will Reportedly Bring Back Ben Mendelsohn As Death Star Architect

LucasFilm has been cagey about which actors will return for Star Wars: Andor Season 2, but it seems that Ben Mendelsohn will be among that group. According to one report, the actor will come back in the later episodes of the season to reprise his role of Imperial Director (and Death Star architect) Orson Krennic.

The Playlist reported earlier this week that Mexican filmmaker Alonso Ruizpalacios told them in an interview that he enjoyed directing Mendelsohn, along with other noted Andor actors like Stellan Skarsgård and Forest Whitaker. Ruizpalacios may have been unaware that Mendelsohn’s return was up in the air, especially since the actor said back in February that he had “not been approached” for the second season.

Unannounced Super Smash Bros. Inspired Fighting Game Cancelled by Riot – Rumour

Riot Games is set to expand the League of Legends universe further still with a fighting game next year in the form of 2XKO, though reportedly, until not too long ago, it wasn’t the only fighting game set in the League universe that the company was working on.

Journalist Mikhail Klimentov has claimed that Riot Games was working on a platform fighting game codenamed Pool Party that was inspired by Super Smash Bros. before cancelling it earlier this year. Specifically, the company was aiming to focus the game on esports and take cues from Super Smash Bros. Melee in particular, and had a team of 70-80 people working on it until its cancellation in May.

Klimentov claims that though Pool Party <…

Until Dawn PS5 Remake is All Set to Scare Players Senseless

Until Dawn is the latest PlayStation title to break Sony’s exclusivity barrier with a PS5/PC remake. And what a better time to drop this particular horror title than the month of October. Branching narrative games are a known quantity at this point, but when Until Dawn released back in 2015, it showed what high production values and meaningful decision making could add to the genre. Upon seeing the announcement that Until Dawn would be getting a remake, I admittedly thought, “Why update what was already fine to begin with?” But as we’ll see, the new additions substantially add to the original experience in exciting ways. Until Dawn isn’t just receiving a pretty graphical upgrade; the inclusion of a dynamic t…

Barnes doubtful Messi´s arrival will transform football in the United States

John Barnes is not convinced Lionel Messi s arrival will help propel MLS into being one of the biggest sporting competitions in the United States.

Messi has joined Inter Miami, with the seven-time Ballon d Or winner snubbing a move to Saudi Arabia in order to head to MLS.

The 36-year-old, who has been joined in Florida by Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba, is set to make his Miami debut in the Leagues Cup against Cruz Azul on Friday, and the hype around his arrival has been understandably huge.

Yet former Liverpool star Barnes is unsure whether Messi is enough to make football as popular as basketball or American football in the USA.

Barnes referenced global superstars who went to play in the USA in the 1970s as an example of football being unable to bridge …

Mourinho thrilled with Kaka display

Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho hailed the form of resurgent midfielder Kaka after his side cruised into the Champions League quarter-finals.

After being held to a 1-1 draw in the first leg of their last-16 encounter with CSKA Moscow last month, Real had two goals from Cristiano Ronaldo and others from Gonzalo Higuain and Karim Benzema to power them to a 4-1 second-leg win on Wednesday.

Kaka, who endured a difficult start to life in Madrid after moving from AC Milan in 2009, was man-of-the-match, brilliantly orchestrating play in the middle of the park.

Mourinho was delighted with the 29-year-old s output, and rewarded the Brazilian by substituting him with 15 minutes to play.

He had a spectacular match, Mourinho said. He had his best games at AC Milan,…
